Thread: Persistent Win7 BSOD problem

I don't understand. I thought that ZAPRO did not have AV in it. So why would I need to uninstall my other AV if I am using ZAPRO and not ZA Internet Security? Don't I need both a firewall and an antivirus?

    Thanks,
    Carlos

Yes, correct. You are using ZA suite tough. Right?

Yes Fax I had been using ZA suite but in a previous message you suggested I downgrade to ZAPRO and I accepted your suggestion. I would be willing to do that if customer service will let me keep the remaining days on my license. I would then be running ZAPRO, NOD and Win7. Should that eliminate the blue screens?

    Thanks once again,

    Carlos

This is unlikely but cannot be resolved here. Unless there are other questions on the matter I will close soon this thread since we said all what could be said.

OK, I have nothing more to add, but I need a clarification of what you just said - by "This is unlikely," are you saying that downgrading to ZAPRO is not likely to eliminate my blue screen problem after all?

    Thanks,
    Carlos

No, unlikely that you get the days left on ZA suite transfered to ZAPRO but You need to need to check with official support. Here we are just users....
