    Default Print Screen Deluxe

I have a utility Print Screen Deluxe that I use a lot.
After a clean boot or a reboot it will work as it should in all programs except when I try to use in after going on the internet (Explorer, Firefox, or Thunderbird). It just shows a black screen when I try to use it. Using the Esc key will take me back to the web site. I can turn ZoneAlarm off and it will work as it is supposed to.
I have tried various adjustments in ZoneAlarm but no help.
I am using Windows 7 Professional (64 bit), 8 GB memory, and ZoneAlarm Extreme Security,

Yes, this is by design. ZA Extreme protects you from screen or data grabbing, malware can use your tools to steal the information you have in the system. Uncheck the "Block programs that secretly record your keystrokes" under the advanced options of the ZA web browser sections.

If you have open websites in non-https mode when taking screenshots then should be enough to tick on the option for limiting the protection for secure sites (https).

You may need to reboot for the changes to take effect.
