Default How to I remove all allowed programs?

ZA is starting to forget some of the allowances I have made .. it keeps asking for the program to be allowed, even though I have made it permanent.

I would like to remove everything that has been allowed to date, and start over from a clean slate. How do I go about doing that?

I am using Windows XP and I have version 9.3.037.000

    Reset Database

1.) Hold down the Ctrl and Shift keys together
2.) Right click on the ZA icon near your clock
3.) Choose 'Reset' from the box that comes up
4.) Choose Yes on the Reset Settings dialog box
5.) When prompted, choose OK to restart your system
6.) Follow the on screen configuration prompts after reboot
