Purchased ZA Security Suite ver 9.3.037.000.
Installed on 2/19 on Lenovo SL510, Lenovo T510 and HP G62, all Win 7 64 bit.
(All 3 are new laptops)
Have been a ZA customer for many years now and have not run into an issue that couldn't be resolved - until now.
The HP system possesses the HP Support Assistant software.
Everything worked fine until ZA was installed.
Have been researching the net for hours and the only info found thus far = this issue seems to exist for HP owners that have installed ZA (free or purchased versions) & when they uninstall ZA, the HP Support Assistant goes back to working properly again.
Has anyone at ZA developed a patch for this issue yet? or - does anyone know how/where to configure ZA so that the HP_Utils.exe program can run?
