Sorry we are all users here, you need to report the BSOD type issues to the official ZA technical support at the link in my signature.
If you have not done so, you should update your windows 7 to the latest Service Pack 1. Its important to resolve many incompatibility issues.

    Thanks,

I don't know how to report technical errors since every time I try it tries to send me into a live chat with costs money. Thanks anyways. I will see if I have the latest service pack first. I should with automatic updates.

The technical support is free of charge for all users with a valid license. Pay service is for different problems (non ZA related) and is not linked to the address here below.

This is only a user forum where users help each other on common issues and problems. Sorry, it is not a place to report bugs, these must happen trough official channels since support may need to collect logs and record the issue.

Normally these type of BSODs (happening while scanning) are linked to other security tools installed or malware infections. Both of these issue cannot be solved by ZA technical support. For the latter case you can see here, while for the other you need to fully remove (not just disable) the other security tools. This tool may help.

    Thanks,
    Fax
