Default Some Connections to Proxy Server Blocked?

    First, I'm using ZoneAlarm Free:
    ZoneAlarm version:
    TrueVector version:
    Driver version:

    The problem:
I am using the Proxy Server from BTGuard for one of my internet connections.
Although this seems to work fine, I found some entries in the Alarm Log which say the connection to this server was blocked several times.

In the 'Program Control' list, the program using this Proxy Server has access to the trusted and internet zone (server displays two question marks).

How can I give this connection 'total access' to this server?
    (The server's IP changes regularly)

ensure your LAN/network (i.e. 192.168.X.X/255.255....) in the ZA firewall zones is set as TRUSTED and not Internet. Some dropping of connection may be normal due to timing issue... i.e. getting out too late and thus dropped.
