Thread: Update doesn't complete

    Default Update doesn't complete

    I've noticed that the "Update" process doesn't always complete. The progress bar shows 100%, but the window is still open. The green check mark and "complete" is not shown.

    Task Manager can't terminate the process, and it ignores "Cancel" and the X-box in the upper right corner.

    The only work-around I've found is to go back to the main ZoneAlarm window and request "Update" again. This seems to quickly determine that, yes, the update did finish and the green check mark appears briefly before the window closes as it shouldn

    ZoneAlarm "update" didn't use to hang like this...

    Please try the New BETA of ZA Extreme ver. 10.0.173.000 and see if this issue has been Fixed..

    If not then you MUST give Feedback through the beta feedback web form so Development gets your Logs and infomation so they might possibly find a FIX for this issue..
