I have been a paid subscriber to ZoneAlarm Pro for over 6 years. Issues have been solved fast but this one still plagues my even after online contact with CheckPoint and AVG. My version is ZoneAlarm Pro version:9.3.037.000

My AVG is version 10.0.1204
I still get (avgrsx.exe msvcr80.dll that failed to load and needs to be reinstalled. even after a several uninstall and reinstalls) every day twice after boot up. Several links point to ZoneAlarm being the issue.
Windows XP SP 3.
Has anyone resolved this?
I have tried looking through forum in Antivirus issues with no association listed.
