Default Package Corrupt during SSL Transfer

There are certain files that give an error during SSL transfer one example is hxxp://

I am using WinSCP but I found the same problem on the hxxp:// forum.

(i added my server ip to the zone alarm zone just to check also).

The only way to get these files up there is to shut down ZoneAlarm after which these particular files can get SFTP-ed.

Im looking for a resolution (win 7, 32bit)
