    Default Problem with My Zone Alarm online account

    Early today i logon to my account with out any problems at all.
    I was away from my computer for over 10 mintues.
    So i had to logon again and i was not able to do so.
    So i try to request a new password but did not work with my current e-mail address so i used my other e-mail address i use to use for my account and it worked and the new password was sent to it and with my new password i logon and i notice that all my information on my account was changed back to my old information i had on my account before. Like my old address,old e-mail address,old mobile phone number and when i checked my order history that has changed as well.My order history only shows history up to August 27, 2006.

    What could have happen?

    This Forum exist to allow Volunteer experienced Zone Alarm Users to help the Few Users who encounter a problem with ZoneAlarm and need to be guided in the right direction..

    Sorry, We are All Users here except for the Forum Moderator, Checkpoint Staff, Customer Support and Tech Support do not normally Monitor this User Forum..

    Thanks i am happy to be back and thanks for your help.

    I think my account was suffering a split personality lol

    I think the problem had something to do with old account system before they had before they updated it to the new one.

    Ok, I'm Glad you were able to Log back on the old Account..

    Maybe durring the 10 minutes that you were away from your computer something in the OS or Hard drive Corrupted your Logon password, forcing you to use your old Account?

    anyway, was Customer Support able to access your current account with the bad password?
