    How do i turn this feature OFF ?



    (i doubt i ever turned it one either)

    This Forum exist to allow Volunteer experienced Zone Alarm Users to help the Few Users who encounter a problem with ZoneAlarm and need to be guided in the right direction..


    1.) when you purchase Software from Most Software Companies "ONLINE"
    they create a User Account for you during the Purchase process and have and Automatic Re-new the subscription option that is Checked for you, if you are not observant and "Un-check" that option Much like "un-Checking" the Google or Yahoo Tool-bar option may on-line software come with..

    Enter the Email address that you used when you purchased ZA, and the Password used to create your account which may be different that your ZA Forum Account.. there is also a forgot my password option to have the password sent to your Email address of record..

    You need to log in to MY Account / LOG IN TO MYZONE.

    Once you have log in.Then click Manage Account>Manage Subscriptions>Automatic License Renewal>Renewal Option.Select " Do not auto-renew this product " and Click "Save Information" to update your information and Log Out.
