Default ZA won't run under new Vista user account

    Hi
I created a new Vista std user account.

Zonealarm will not startup when I login as that user. I get error:

"The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000142). Click OK to temrinate the application"

I then tried uninstalling and reinstalling Zonealarm. No only runs under any account as Admin, which means it won't auto start.

    Please advise

    Thanks
    Richard

    ~~snip~~

So I've provided you with ouput from systeminfo further below.

    Here the summary
    - Vista Ultimate SP2, 4GB mem - fully patched (due the ongoing bugs that pervade the software industry...)
    - ZoneAlarm has been running fine for good couple of years on the PC
    - As stated:
    - created a new standard user account
    - Zone Alarm would not run per error message provided
    - Un-installed and re-installed - no change

Not sure what else to say from a users perspective?
