    Default Need help contacting zonelabs billing via telephone

    I have checked zonelabs web site and can find NO phone number about being billed for software I NEVER used and wish to prevent a furthur similar billing, any help is appreciated, by the way I don't know the user name or password for that account I ordered the software from.

    Sorry we are all users here, Please contact the ZA Customer support at the link in my signature and explain your issue with Un-wanted Renewal of ZA with them.

    Here is the explanation from the Forum Moderator:

    First thing is we don't have a direct email address, we prefer the use of the Live Chat:

    Customer service is open 24x7 via live text chat and there has not been any issues with live chat for many months.

    Many times its the browser being used or how the browser is configured or a 3rd party program interfering with the live chat or an add-on or plug-in to the browser interfering.

    Our live chat work very well and when it does not its an issue with the browser or something on the PC that not allowing the Chat code to operate properly.
