Question Can't turn Parental Controls off

Even when I turn Parental Controls off I am still blocked from several sites I'm trying to get to. I have tried restarting IE, restarting the computer, all to no avail.

The Parental Controls switch shows as being in the Off position, yet Parental Controls continue to function.

    Any ideas??

Parental Controls have been turned off, cleared cache and restarted computer several times. Yet sites are blocked and resulting ZA instructional page gives incorrect guidance.

Sure does not sound like a parental control issue or even ZA issue.

This is what a block looks like in parental control
your description does not sound like this.
