for some time, I try to log in to My Account (in order to change my personal data).
My password is refused (or I forgot the correct one...), anyway, whe I click the
"forgot my password" button and I fill in (correctly) the required data, the message "a new password has been sent" appears.
I never received anything however, even when I set my security settings to low (in Outlook) and I allow zonelabs complete access.
I tried this for at least 5 times with the same result.
I then tried to contact Zonelabs through E-mail but for some dark reason I cannot find a valuable E-mail address. (the 'info@..., admin@... etc...don't give any result)
Can somebody assist in this please.
