    Default ZA Subscription

Hi - my subscription was automatically renewed under the 'Automatic Renewal Program' and I got an email on 5 July to confirm this.

I'm still getting messages when I start my laptop telling me that my subscription is will expire in 'x' days.

The email tells me that I can verify that the subscription was renewed by double clicking on the ZA icon on the taskbar. When I do this nothing happens, if I hover the cursor above the icon it says 'Protection is up, UI is installing'. I cannot open 'ZoneAlarm Security' from Windows start/programs either.

I know the subscription was renewed as it has appeared on my card statement, but not sure what is happening with the actual program - am I protected? why can't I open the ZA control panel? etc. etc.

    Thanks, Nick

sorry, all users here. The message from ZA hints to a problem and no, you are not protected.

I would recommend to contact the official ZA support and troubleshoot the problem directly with them. The link to support is in my signature.
