Well, next try you should reset ZA settings in order to start clean. Go to tools --> Preferences --> and push on "restore to defaults". Reboot the PC. You will loose all your ZA custom settings.

Also update your firefox to 5.0.1, 5.0 has issues. Finally clean fully firefox cache.

If you still experiencing problems try to slowly turn OFF features in ZA to find which portion is culprit of the problem. Start from the program control, then firewall, etc...

I am afraid next stop would be technical support. Not sure they will be able to help since its the first time in years of use that hear about your problem.

But, of course, I'm not trying to purchase anything. I just want to confirm my license number.

I CLICK on MY ACCOUNT & it simply takes me back to the sign-on page.

    No help.

I'm trying tech support. I've been in line for 22 minutes. Still holding.
When I used to use Firefox 3.6.17.That would happen occasionally.I had to use IE to log-in.

    Have a nice Day

I'm still struggling with the problem.

It took a day for ZA to get back to me. I guess I wasn't the only one in the ZA world with problems. When they did, they were expert & proficient.

I went to ZA INTERNET window; SETTINGS; ADVANCED SETTINGS. I unclicked a box & the problem was resolved. Then I experimented a little. It made no difference which box of the 5 I unclicked, the problem was still resolved. Then, I clicked all of the boxes, as they were when I first opened ADVANCED SETTINGS. The problem was still resolved. I recollected that the problem was inconsistent; only happening occasionally (but now, apparently, permanently). That means that when it happens again, I can go unclick an ADVANCED SETTINGS box, make sure it works properly, & then reclick that box. I will have lost no ZA protection & the problem will have been resolved (I hope).

I ran across a nice notion recently: the luxury complaint. Occasionally I can expect ZA to screw up my e-mail. I'll have to take two minutes to unclick & reclick a box. I can live with that. That's not a real complaint. My family is safe & well fed. I like my job.

Repeated thanks to you folks who helped me out on this, ultimately sending me to ZA tech support.
