    Angry ZAES Scan upon Boot

I do watn ZAES to start when I boot my computer, but I DON'T want ZAES 10.0.246.000 to scan every time I boot the computer.

This is something that just started with the new version.

I don't see any way to disable this in the menus. Please advise.

    Bob

    vsmon version: 10.0.250.000
    Driver version: 10.0.217.000

I "STILL" have repeated and redundant re-scans on every reboot and have provided my Diagnostics Logs to Check Point according to instructions from Technical Support.
So I just wanted to add that this release 10.0.250.000 does re-scans as did the previous version 10.0.246.000.
Hope I have not violated posting rules.

Please post back in your own Thread if you find a solution from Tech Support. It may help other users...

PS: I agree and concur with Guru Fax's observation...

I didn't experience boot scan here with the latest version. So it must be something due to local conditions. Also be careful not to confuse scans at boot with antivirus updates that create similar harddisk background noise.
