    Thumbs up subscription renewal notice ==> Contact Customer Support

    I have received an email from ZoneAlarm telling me that my antivirus/antispyware is due for renewal next week, and will be renewed automatically and payment taken.

    However, I purchased a one-year subscription last October. There should be two more months to run on the current subscription.

    Has anyone else here had this problem? How do you contact Zone Alarm to raise the issue? I can't find a link on the website.

    ZA Customer Support does not Read this User forum,

    Please click on the Support link in my Signature then click on the LIVE CHAT Link at the top Right side of the SUPPORT page, then select "NON-TECH" support option to talk to Customer Support..
    and troubleshoot the issue with Customer Support.

    Please note that the autorenewal system will send that email out 40-45 days before your subscription ends and then actually renewal your account 30 days before it ends.

    The extra 30 days left is added to the new subscription, so you don't loose any days when using the auto renewal system.
