    Cool Crash of ZAX

Against my better instincts I downloaded and ran your tune up software. Now my PC core dumps on shut down.

It would seem that the software has damaged zonelabs and I am hoping a reinstall will fix the problem. Anyone know where I can get a copy? I am running version: -

    ZoneAlarm Extreme Security version:
    vsmon version:
    Driver version:
    Anti-virus engine version:
Anti-virus signature DAT file version: 1057389568
    AntiSpam version:
    ZoneAlarm Browser Security: 1.5.311.0
    ZoneAlarm ForceField Spyware Scanner:
    ZoneAlarm ForceField Anti-Phishing Database:
ZoneAlarm ForceField Spyware Sites Database: 04.155

When I run WhoCrashed to analyse the mini dump I get this: -

On Sat 06/08/2011 09:04:32 GMT your computer crashed
    crash dump file: C:\WINDOWS\Minidump\Mini080611-06.dmp
This was probably caused by the following module: vsdatant.sys (vsdatant+0x3EBC)
    Bugcheck code: 0x1000007F (0xD, 0x0, 0x0, 0x0)
    file path: C:\WINDOWS\system32\vsdatant.sys
    product: ZoneAlarm Firewalling Driver
company: Check Point Software Technologies LTD
    description: ZoneAlarm Firewalling Driver
Bug check description: This indicates that a trap was generated by the Intel CPU and the kernel failed to catch this trap.
This appears to be a typical software driver bug and is not likely to be caused by a hardware problem. This problem might be caused by a thermal issue.
A third party driver was identified as the probable root cause of this system error. It is suggested you look for an update for the following driver: vsdatant.sys (ZoneAlarm Firewalling Driver, Check Point Software Technologies LTD).
Google query: vsdatant.sys Check Point Software Technologies LTD UNEXPECTED_KERNEL_MODE_TRAP_M

    Any help greatly appreciated...

Unlikely due to tune-up but if you really need to use something just stick with ccleaner.

Remove ZA 246 and reinstall the latest version 250 you find here:

Assuming ZA is working fine, those type of kernel level errors normally are linked to other security tools also hooking into OS kernel or malware. Keep it into account in your fixing scenario.
