I hope I can provide enough relevant information to make it possible to obtain some thoughts on the following information...
I am unable to access my hospital's electronic medical record Citrix server post upgrade to ZA IS 10.0.250...when I double click on the relevant icon, ZA asks if I want to save or run the file...when I click save, it does not really save it...when I click run, it confirms the file is safe, but when I click "run", nothing happens.
The only way I can access the server is via turning off Web Security.
I am running the program on a Dell Vostro tower, Windows XP Pro, all service packs and updates installed, and here is the clipboard copied info from ZA:

I guess I can just either turn on and off the Web Security as needed, but that is a nuisance...I did try unclicking all the options in advanced settings, but it still blocked access.

P.S. Interestingly, I am able to access that Citrix server running the same Citrix software and ZA IS version on a HP Pavilion notebook running Vista Home Premium 64 bit, without difficulties with the Web Security.
