Unhappy Zonealarm and Nortons Antivirus causing blue screen shutdown

At least that is what I think is happening. Everything was fine, and then I got a notice last night that there was an upgrade available for Zonealarm. So, I installed it.

This is what version it is:

    ZoneAlarm Pro version: 10.0.250.000
    vsmon version: 10.0.250.000
    Driver version: 10.0.250.000
    ZoneAlarm Browser Security: 1.5.322.0
    ZoneAlarm ForceField Spyware Scanner: 1.5.322.0
    ZoneAlarm ForceField Anti-Phishing Database: 1.2.104.0
ZoneAlarm ForceField Spyware Sites Database: 04.155

This morning, the computer hung and would not shut down. I did a manual turnoff.

This afternoon, in the space of two hours, I have had two blue screen shutdowns, which MicroSoft advises is due to firewall/anti virus programs. I'm thinking to reinstall the older version of Zonealarm - which was working fine with my Nortons. Should I do that, or is there another solution?

    Thanks for any help!

Sorry all users here, you may want to contact the official ZA technical support and report about the problem. The link to support is in my signature.
Please note that ZAP does not support any version of Norton that integrates a firewall.

    Thanks,
    Fax
