    Angry ZA Email Security Message to Senders

    A friend logs on ONLY with public networks. Every time, he gets a message asking him to press a button to put him on my email safe list.

    He gets this message every single time, even if his domain (GMail) is also on the safe list. Others with Gmail addresses only seem to get the message once.

    Is there any way of stopping this? Thank you.

    Yes..

    Your friend has something on his computer that is deleting the "Gmail" cookie, that is stored on his computer when Gmail Authenicates his account, that is why Gmail ask him that question every time..

    and the other users with Gmail only have to answer that authincation question only once..

    Thanks for your reply. I'll have him look for what could be deleting the GMail cookie. That makes a lot of sense.

    Also check that the ZA "Challanges" is OFF (antispam settings --> challanges)
