    Default Setting do not stay

    I just updated ZASS to ver. 10. Under Scheduled Tasks, I disabled AV Quick, Normal, And Deep Scan. Yet on bootup, they are enabled. I want to do the scans manually since they slow the system down when they run. A scan runs on every bootup. How can I fix this? Thanks.

    If you have a valid ZA license

    Please click on the Support link in my Signature then click on the LIVE CHAT Link at the top Right side of the SUPPORT page and troubleshoot the issue with Technical Support.


    Give the Exact Type and version of Zone Alarm used, Windows Version used, other security tools installed.


    provide any Error messages in the ZA logs?
    and what are the steps you took to reproduce the problem.

    The More information you post the more likely users here will be able to understand the issue and try to help.

    also is this a DeskTop, Laptop computer or Netbook.
