    Cant even begin to help.

    No OS info
    Which ZA product

Have you click on the section that is Red to see what option is not turned on or not functioning? That is the reason for the alert.

At the latest version it seems to works fine, but i turned protection off to test, after that i turned on the protection but it don't seems to work.
I switched the button back to on but nothing happend.
    So internet at risk.
Restarting the laptop, still internet at risk.
Uninstalling an after restart laptop installing it is working fine.
But if protection is turned off and after that turned on, the internet stay's at risk.

Sorry don't have any lab system here that I can reproduce that issue on.
Sounds like a one off system specific issue.

Cant really say what it is or whats causing the issue on your PC.

Sorry only advise is if its not broken don't change it. Don't turn your protection off and you will be fine.

I have version 10.250 and have the issue with "Internet at Risk". When I click FIX IT, it does correct the issue. But unfortunately it comes back on next reboot. Covered the issue with Tech Support and it is a known issue to be fixed in an upcoming release

I too have a machine here that reports "Internet At Risk".

This is a Win XP/ SP3 machine; if "Fix Now" button is clicked, either in the main screen or in the two submenu screens nothing happens.
Also the "Settings" button are greyed out and can't be accessed.

Tried new install of the 10.0.250.000 version (with and without running CLEAN.EXE first), but issue persists.
Also tried reverting to version 93.037.000, which installed and functioned fine. Subsequent installation of version 10.0.250.000 gave similar results, i.e. "Internet At Risk".

When I checked under HELP > ABOUT I noticed a difference. Specifics of the malfunctioning ZoneAlarm machine are
    ZoneAlarm Security Suite version: 10.0.250.000
    vsmon version: 10.0.250.000
    Driver version: 10.0.250.000
    Anti-virus engine version: 8.1.8.79
Anti-virus signature DAT file version: 1059475264
    ZoneAlarm Browser Security: 1.5.322.0

A quick peek at the processes running showed that IswSvc.exe is active, but ForceField.exe is not. Running a browser (IE and FF) does not trigger ForceField.exe to start.

When I however looked at another machine that runs on the same ZA version/subscription/ install program I found:
    ZoneAlarm Security Suite version: 10.0.250.000
    vsmon version: 10.0.250.000
    Driver version: 10.0.250.000
    Anti-virus engine version: 8.1.8.79
Anti-virus signature DAT file version: 1059475264
    ZoneAlarm Browser Security: 1.5.322.0
    ZoneAlarm ForceField Spyware Scanner: 1.5.322.0
    ZoneAlarm ForceField Anti-Phishing Database: 1.2.104.0
ZoneAlarm ForceField Spyware Sites Database: 04.155

This machine is running fine, and not reporting "Internet At Risk".

It is my impression that the "Internet At Risk" notification is triggered by the absence/ not active ZoneAlarm ForceField modules.
When I look in the Internet> Settings> Advanced Settings submenus of the machine that is fine, I see that it concerns Web Protection (status check, anti-phishing, spyware sites, file download check).

I did contact Support/ Live Chat, but they came back with clean install (did that) and reset settings (Tools> Preferences), which didn't solve anything.

    * Do you guys have any suggestion about what might cause this "Internet At Risk" warning and malfunctioning "Fix Now" buttons?
    * Any suggestions on how to solve it, additional to what I already tried?
    * Anybody know where these ZoneAlarm ForceField Spyware Scanner, Anti-Phishing Database, and Spyware Sites Database are located (C:\Program Files\CheckPoint\ZAForceField???), so I can check whether they do not function, or are not there at all?

    Thanks in advance!

You need to troubshoot the issue with ZA technical support, they may need to collect logs for the problem. I have seen this in the past when other security tools (or left overs) were used on top of ZA. Before contacting ZA support be sure that no other security tools or left overs are present in the system you are trying to troubleshoot. This was already indicated to your in another thread. Here we can only suggest common solutions to common problems. Sorry.

The link to technical support is in my signature. Click on live chat when at the main ZA support page.

Thanks Fax for your quick reply.

Like I said, my colleague did troubleshoot with the Tech Support, but that didn't get us much further.

As for the potential conflicting security tools; somebody here also thought of that.
However, this machine has nothing else, just ZA, so no browser add-ons we discussed earlier.

Sorry, the best is to keep going back to support and aim for escalating the issue to development.
If this is an issue with the product its the only way to get it fixed. Also more users reports more likely the issue will be looked at. If it only happen is few cases than it will be very low in the priority list.

    Thanks,
