    Certain critical areas will be checked regardless your selection. This is probably the cause of the behaviour.
    Otherwise please contact the ZA technical support directly. Link to support is in my signature.

    Let us know what was the problem. It may help other users with the same problem.

    Just tested it now and it works perfectly fine.
    You must have something wrong at your end.

    Thanks,

    i don't know what the story is. i was able to get to support via proxy. no other site is blocked that i know of. besides the settings in za, and the host file anywhere else i can check?

    Hi;

    Sounds like you have something on your PC that preventing you to access support live chat.

    Probably a plugin on the browser.

    Suggest downloading a new browser like Firefox or Chrome or Safari and use that to access chat instead of what ever browser you are having issue with.

    Chat is always up and running 24x7

    OR Try a PC at work or at a library or at a friends or relatives house and you will see it works and is isolated to your PC's

    like i said i went to a proxy site and was able to get to support / support chat that way. i just ran firefox in safemode and got the original error. so it's not firefox or ie9 stopping me. i'm planning on doing a spring cleaning(os reinstall) anyway, so i'm not going to worry about it. thanks for the suggestions though.

    ok, so others know it was a redirect blocker that was causing the problem.
