I have "Auto Renewal" yet the software continued to count down at 30 days - I could no longer update software yet the software showed protection valid for 370 days. Contacted Customer service - cancelled old License key and purchased new one. Registered online - still get same failure. Upgraded to version 10.0.250.000 - also deleted version and installed new - no change. This happened once before and the fix I received was to change or delete an item in the Computer Registry - can't find the email, writing for your help.
