You need to keep reporting to ZA technical support, they do no monitor this board. Other users (including me) cannot replicate what you describe. So it must be related to something at your end or a specific configuration of the system that clashes with ZA.
Be sure to report the issue to ZA technical support including the exact steps on how to replicate it. More reports by users more likely the issue will be escalated to development team. No reports... no fix.
