    Default [SOLVED] Major virus attack. --> Purchased a new PC

    Last few days my ZA internet security suite has been runing overtime with treating thousands of virus,it treats then i land up with more and more then next time.
    ZA It says a bug report has been sent,but iv heard nothing and the bugs keep getting worse.
    What can i do.

    considering you may have been infected by malware you should really have a close look to this:
    xyz was not detected. What I should do? <== Click here

    if the above come back clean then follow up with the Official Tech support (Free of charge for Users with a Valid ZA license) and give mode detailed explaination of your computer and your problem and what steps you have already taken..

    Sorry but advice did no good,screen went blue,so i had to go and buy a laptop.

    The "Blue Screen BSOD" sounds like your Windows OS crashed or you have a Major problem with your Windows OS?

    Did you follow all of the advise I have Already Advised you in my previous post, ?

    follow up with the Official Tech support (Free of charge for Users with a Valid ZA license) and give more detailed explanation of your computer and version of Windows and your problem and what steps you have already taken..

    also is this a DeskTop, Laptop computer or Netbook.

    Please List any other Security Programs installed as these programs may be conflicting with Zone Alarm.

    You could have simply formatted and reinstalled the OS.

    Also ZA treating viruses and they keep reappearing is not a ZA bug and thus your not going to get a reply from a bug report or logs.

    Its a PC issue plain and simple.

    This could have been dealt with by just formatting the hard drive and re-installing the OS Fresh.

    But a new computer will accomplish the same thing I suppose at a very high price.
