    I work with a company often sending me emails with attachments.

    Recently attachments (PDF and Word) were removed when I downloaded the emails from one employee of said company. He has a banner in his email, which was also gone.

    I am using Pop Peeper where I was able to note that the attachments were on the mail server of my provider but when downloading the emails with Outlook Express the attached files had disappeared.

    I then asked another employee of same company to send the same files with the same attachments and they all arrived safely in my mailbox.

    I have checked that the specific sender is not blocked in OE.

    It should be added that the first employee also sent same email with attachments to another email address of mine, where attached files went all the way through to my mailbox.

    I only have a problem with that specific sender.

    Does anyone have experienced same problem and found a solution?

    Sorry, ZA cannot remove attachments, must be something else doing this.

    May be good also to update your ZA to the lastest build 250.

    Thanks Fax.

    I have installed Build 250 and experienced a problem with Outlook Express.

    When starting OE I get the following Warning: Zone Alarm will not work unless you display your Folders List. You can display this by pulling down the View menu and selecting the Layout Menu item, then checking the Folders List check box.

    This I have done but the warning continues to pop-up.

    Can you cut off this junk email function?

    Are you using an non-English OS? This error is normally displayed in non-supported OS.
    You can turn of the antispam from the main ZA interface (you need to close outlook before)

    Yes I am using a Danish OS and your guidance worked and removed the pop-up.

    Yes, that is the problem. ZA antispam module does not support Danish OS.

    ZA support only the version is released with. So far version 10 support English and German more localised versions may be released in the near future (e.g. French, Italian, Spanish) but Danish language was never supported so far.

    I will revise the thread title to hint to the solution and close this thread since the issue cannot be resolved by design.
