Angry google redirect virus 2011 and infectid dll file

I am having trouble with the Google redirect virus.

This Virus was not detected bij ZonAlarm, wich I I think is strange, because this is why I bought ZoneAlarm.

I scanned my computer with aswMBR now and it hit a infected dll file in
    08:56:56.959 File: C:\Windows\system32\rshx32C.dll **INFECTED** Win32:Suprchu [Adw]

How do I get rid of this file? Can I delete this one? Can I download a new file?
