    Cool Auto renewal

    I had my account set to auto-renew which I expected to occur in January. I received an email today stating that auto-renewal has occurred. Is it normal for Zone Alarm to do this 2 months ahead of the expiry date?

    I was going to cancel my renewal and thought that I had time, now I'm stuck with it for another year unless I can somehow get out of the renewal.

    I would have contacted them directly but the contact link at the bottom of the page sends me to an error message.

    Hi;

    Sorry, we are all Users Here, no ZA Staff Monitor this User Forum..

    Yes, it is normal for Auto Renew to update 30 days early.

    when your Zone Alarm version indicates 30 to 45 days or less before it expires, the Auto Renewal may be activated, however you will not lose the remaining 30 to 45 day as they are added to the renewed Registration.

    Notice: if you do not wish to continue your Registration, you have 30 from Renewal date to ask for a Refund from Customer Support..

    NOTE: Click on the Support link in my Signature..
    Click on the LIVE CHAT link at the top Left side of Support page and then Select NON-TECHNICAL HELP online option for Customer support..

    if that does not work for you, then Follow the Advice in this Forum link by the Forum Moderator:

    Sticky: "Can't get to Zone Alarm Support Chat"

    Good luck
