I had my account set to auto-renew which I expected to occur in January. I received an email today stating that auto-renewal has occurred. Is it normal for Zone Alarm to do this 2 months ahead of the expiry date?

I was going to cancel my renewal and thought that I had time, now I'm stuck with it for another year unless I can somehow get out of the renewal.

I would have contacted them directly but the contact link at the bottom of the page sends me to an error message.
