    Unhappy Anti-virus/Anti-spyware update failed

    Here's my information:

    ZoneAlarm Security Suite version: 10.1.056.000
    vsmon version: 10.1.056.000
    Driver version: 10.0.217.000
    Anti-virus engine version: 8.1.8.79
    Anti-virus signature DAT file version: 1063162016
    AntiSpam version: 6.3.1.4971
    ZoneAlarm Browser Security: 1.5.341.0
    ZoneAlarm ForceField Spyware Scanner: 1.5.341.0
    ZoneAlarm ForceField Anti-Phishing Database: 1.2.104.0
    ZoneAlarm ForceField Spyware Sites Database: 04.155

    Prior to this recent update, I recieved alerts saying "You are not protected!" and that there was an update to fix it. However, when I wanted to upgrade, I got an error saying " update failed". I had to manually go to the site and download the update and install it.

    Now, I'm getting notices that there is an anti-virus/Anti-spyware update. when I click on "Fix it", I get "anti-virus/Anti-spyware update failed."

    I'm beginning to beleive this feature doesn't work at all. What's up? Am I going to have to manually find, download and install all further updates for the rest of my subscription (157 days)? Is there no "fix" for this? Would I be better off uninstalling this version, demanding my money back and using the FREE version of ZA or another brand?

    I'm frustrated.

    Support will help you to find a solution and troubleshoot with you the problem.

    Before contacting support uninstall the version you have and install the latest version 10.1.065

    Support wont even begin to help without running the latest version.
