Default ZAES & XP Computer Slow Down

Ever since upgrading to ZAES all functions on my XP system run much slower. Is this just me, or is this a common problem with a solution?

Just you... there is no known issue with ZA and general slow down. If you can provide more details about:

    1. Your exact version of XP
    2. Was a clean install or installed over the top of another ZA. Which one?
    3. Other security tools installed even if disabled?
    4. Recent malware problems?
    5. Recent hang/crash of the system?
    6. Any more information you can provide here to users to try to help you? Slow down to do what exactly?
    7. Firefox version?

Otherwise, with a valid license you can contact, free of charge, the ZA technical support at the link in my signature (live chat link on the main support page.

    I agree with Guru Fax,

It is Sometimes very Difficult to Diagnose and fix a Computer from halfway across the Country, or around the World,
without All the Details about your computer and Software that you failed to provide, without our ability to sit in front of your Computer monitor and see what's going on..

    *** NOTICE:

Give the Exact Type and version of Zone Alarm used, Windows Version and SP Update used, Browser type and version, other security tools installed and version.

The More information you post the more likely users here will be able to understand the issue and try to help.
