Ever since the latest upgrade in versions I have to make sure and check the "internet security" setting when I start my computer and turn on the security, even though in the task bar it shows that my computer is protected.
I did the live chat and went through the clean uninstall and reinstall, which solved the problem for about 3 or 4 days.
I don't know what else to try.
I loved this product for a long time and even purchased and installed it at my workplace; but now I'm not sure it's worth the money when I can't get a seemingly simple thing handled.
It would be nice to have a way to contact tech support without having to do the live chat thing, where they tell you to do the clean unistall and reinstall and then log back in to chat with someone else.
