Question Browser security "Submit Error Report" Pop-Ups

I am using Windows 7 and ZoneAlarm Pro 1 PC. For several days I have continually been getting a popup headed "Submit Error Report" advisuing that "ZoneAlarm Browser Security detected problem with stability. However you have already sent debug information ....". When I click on OK the popup is continuously replaced moments later by the same popup. The same if I click on the delete X.
This popup stays on top of anything else that's opened on the desktop.
Can anyone advise on how to get rid if this please.

I've seen it once today, first time I see it. I've clicked "Cancel". It is legitimate, no?

I too have been experiencing this for the past few days...

I may have mis-interpreted what GeorgeV was saying "it is Nornal and legitamate, yes..", but surely its not Normal to have "ZoneAlarm Browser Security detected problem with stability. However you have already sent debug information ...." popup

So any suggestion on how to correct the stability issue, e.g. un-install/reinstall?

You will need to contact the official support at the link in my signature. Look for the live chat icon.

You should note when the pop errors comes up. E.g. by opening the web browser? Yes? Which browser? Note that depending on the ZA version used certain version of firefox are not supported. If you are running ZA 10.1.079.000 you should know that its not compatible with firefox 9 or 10, only 8 (no ETA for the new release to support firefox 10).

If you are running Internet Explorer then try to clean the browser cache and/or selectively disable add-on to see if any add-on installed or updated are conflicting with ZA. If you are running ZA Extreme you should try to clean the "virtual data" under ZA the browser section.

There are several options to try depending on the system used and programs running. This is why its better you report it directly to ZA support to get a dedicated step-by-step help.

Let us know if you find a solution, it will help other users browsing for solutions here at the forum.

    Hope this helps.

    Thanks,

Thanks for the advice, I have cleared the cache in IE and Chrome (where I was getting the popup)... seems to have solved it for the time being, will keep an eye on it and report back

Glad to hear the issue seems solved. Btw, Chrome is not a ZA supported browser. You should not receive a warning while in chrome since the ZA features will not be functional.
