ok, I printed out malware clean-up guidance. How could I start manually ZA?
I don't find ZONE ALARM on START -> ALL PROGRAMS anymore. Open window explorer, found zone alarm folder, selected zone alarm security (application) but it doesn't star.
    Thank

EDIT: ok, I am already on next step but how should I start zone alarm on safe mode? I tried already months ago for random/periodic cleaning and I have never been able to use it.
    Thanks

Merged the last two posts. I think you really need an ad-hoc support. This is why I suggested to go dedicated sites. Malware cleanup can be tedious and difficult and you need to be in experts hands.

Please to post your logs at Bleepingcomputer or SpywareHammer, they will take you hand in hand and clean the PC.

    Thanks,

ok, thanks but your is not the answer to my question.
Just to give you an update: removed google chrome; mbam (free version) did not find anything; superantispyware FREE found and remove 1 Trojan and several other threats and spyware for a total of over 1000. How it is possible that ZA never saw any of them? Nor mbna?
once removed all of them ZA appears while in safe mode and scan using DEEP in safe mode: nothing found.
Disabled ZAntivirus, installed AVG FREE scan and nothing found either.
Now I will try to re install google chrome and if it will not redirect to searchnu I think it should be fine. If not I will contact ... one of the link you have suggested me.

    See here:
xyz was not detected. What I should do?

I would still recommend to have your PC cleaned by experts. Malware nowadays is very difficult to remove and traces may be still there.

P.S. 1000 infections? Note that those are probably cookies (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cookie)
