    Angry User profile can't be loaded by me

    I am having a problem that is listed as SOLVED, but I am having this problem, and can't use ZA as a result. I am using Windows Vista, and when I try to install ZA 10, after all Windows updates, I get a User Profile can't be found on all user profiles (I use an admin profile and then a regular user profile.) I am VERY frustrated, as I have used this in the past. I have had to go back to backups just so I could boot my computer. Finally, I wiped everything, and started from scratch, and the issue came up immediately. And when I say I wiped everything, I started from a clean Hard drive and a clean OS install.

    My computer is on a LAN, but it's in house (personal only), and ZA is running on a Windows 7 computer and a Windows XP machine.

    Is this an older version of Zone Alarm?
    Give the Exact Type and version of Zone Alarm used.

    What version and Upgrade SP of Windows OS?

    any Error messages in the ZA logs?
    and what are the steps you took to reproduce the problem.

    also is this a DeskTop, Laptop computer or Netbook.


    Whenever posting here- or Contacting ZA Tech Support, it is always advisable to list Full details of your Computer:

    Give the Exact Type and version of Zone Alarm used, Windows Version & SP Update used, Browser type and version, other security tools installed.

    The More information you post the more likely users here will be able to understand the issue and try to help.

    This looks more like OS issue.You might want to read the following link by Findley :

    Have no other suggestions to offer.

    Note : When seeking help in the forum please provide volunteers the following information along with your issue when posting here :
    Full OS Platform / PC Type, Brand, Processor & Ram / Browser / Security Programs Installed / ZoneAarm Type & Version
