    Thumbs down Ukash malware infection help

    ZAES did not detected the Ukash virus, I have my PC blocked. Only windows explorer seems to work, access to ZA not possible. I have tried a system restore in safe mode, but did not work. Desperatly need instructions to remove the malware ?
    Toshiba portege with Windows 7, malware name is "Polícia de Segurança Pública Ukash Vírus".

    please follow all the steps as detailed here:
    Malware Clean-up Guidance
    (if you cannot perform one step skip to the next)

    It may be better to post directly your logs at bleepingcomputer or spywarehammer, so you can get a step-by-step cleaning help. The infection me be hard to remove and its done via a rootkit.
