    Unhappy Zone Alarm Encryption Freezes

We have been using Zone Alarm Extreme Security with Datalock on several systems, yet our Toshiba laptop keeps giving us issues. When we try to use data encryption, the system freezes at 29% and never moves on from there. We have tried reformatting our hard disk several times, and the error is consistent. The system is running Windows XP, and has a recovery partition.

If anyone has a solution to this, please post a reply. Thanks!
