Default [SOLVED] ZAX 10.2 Internet "At Risk"? --> Reinstalled

Ok, I have ZoneAlarm Extreme Security, and right now it's saying "at risk" under Internet. It give a message "Your Web browsing is vulnerable to dangerous downloads and phishing" and under that there is a button that that says "Fix Now". When I click it, nothing happens, outside of it lighting up or whatever.
Does anyone know what the problem might be?
    Thanks.

Right click the ZA icon near the clock --> about --> copy to clipboard --> paste it here. Also details your setup. OS? Other security tools installed? First time install? Or it was working fine before?

More details you post more likely other users here will be able to help.

    Thanks,

    ZoneAlarm Extreme Security version: 10.2.081.000
ZoneAlarm license key: *** Please do not post your Lic. Key in Public Forums, it may Compromise your License Agreement
    Vsmon version: 10.2.081.000
    Driver version: 10.0.217.000
    Antivirus engine version: 8.2.11.97
Antivirus signature DAT file version: 1096228448
    AntiSpam version: 6.3.1.4973
    ZoneAlarm Browser Security: 1.5.396.0

    Ok there's all that.
I also have Malwarebytes and Windows Security Essentials.
ZA was installed this past Saturday (Oct. 20th). I've used ZA in the past (a couple years ago), but there was no trace of ZA on my computer when I installed it this time around.

To avoid conflicting programs, please remove all 3rd party antivirus and security software.

You will have to decide what you want to keep. Microsoft Security Essentials or ZAES.

    Have a nice Day

Please try what already suggested. Probably the issue is linked to an incorrect install of ZA. Components are not able to load. This may be also due to restriction on OS registry, failed to load ZA forcefield service, etc.

If it strictly linked to a ZA issue the steps below will resolve it.

    1. Download again the latest ZA version: http://www.zonealarm.com/security/en...download-b.htm <== click here
    2. Remove your current ZA version (in XP use Windows add/remove programs)
    3. Turn ON windows firewall
    4. Download to your desktop and run the ZA removal tool, <= click here to double check no ZA left overs are present. Now reboot computer after running ZA Removal tool.
    5. Remove other security tools installed. Use http://www.appremover.com/ to double check no left overs are present.
    6. Clean your system and registry with the Free Ccleaner.exe
    http://www.piriform.com/ccleaner/download/slim <= click here
    7. Now Install the latest ZA version without touching any default settings, and do Not Restore Saved Settings from the old install.

    8. Update your ZA

    9. Reboot the PC

    Try now...
