Hi. I've got Zone Alarm Extreme Security with Data Lock version 10.1.079.000. This is part of a 10 user license I have.

The antivirus is out of date. So it goes to update, but stops at "checking" and stays at 0%. Won't go anywhere.

There is also a Fix it Now button in red that appears, but this just does the same thing.

Security Update is overdue but same issue as above. Click any of these and it opens a new window/dialogue box but never gets past 0%.

Any help?

Incidentally, if I click on Help --> Technical support it also goes to a blank page with nothing there. These kinds of bugs are annoying and don't exactly instill a lot of confidence. Just don't like seeing "your anti-virus is out of date" with no way to update it!
