Default Hoyle Games and Zone Alarm 10.2

I recently did a clean upgrade from 9.x to 10.2 ZA. Back in version 9, all of my 2010 and 2011 Hoyle Games worked fine. Since doing the "clean" upgrade install, none of the 2011 Hoyle programs work. I have gone into ZA, Application Control, and added the exe's for the programs-that did not help the Hoyle Games. I have also tried changing ZA to "Game Mode" and that did not help. I then tried turning off ZA and that did not help. In all 3 cases, it crashes the 2011 Hoyle games.

I have a Windows XP SP3 pc with plenty of disk space (2 TB) and memory (12 gig). Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Below are the specs for ZA:

    ZoneAlarm Security Suite version: 10.2.074.000
ZoneAlarm license key: never post your License Key in Public it may compromise your subscription

    Vsmon version: 10.2.074.000
    Driver version: 10.2.074.000
    Antivirus engine version: 8.2.11.97
Antivirus signature DAT file version: 1092187040
    AntiSpam version: 6.3.1.4971
    ZoneAlarm Browser Security: 1.5.395.0
    ZoneAlarm ForceField Spyware Scanner: 1.2.104.0

Default vsmon taking up all resources

After ugrading from 9.x to 10.2 the vsmon.exe is taking up most of my system's resources (currently 310,000k memory usage). Back in version 9.x it used about 30-40,000k. What is going on?

    Ok,

I have uninstalled ZA and rebooted. Guess what? All of my games work. So what changed from 10.1 to 10.2?

    Ok,

Here's the scoop. In order to play Hoyle 2011 games, you have to:

    1. Turn your public zone firewall to medium level.
    2. Turn OFF the Internet Web Security
    3. Reboot

Then you can play games. I hope they fix this in the next release.
