    Default [SOLVED] No ZA Antispam in Outlook 2010?

    ZASS 10.2.074
    Windows 7

    At first install of ZA, it showed up on Outlook toolbar but wasn't filtering emails. Sonic Wall no longer shows on list of add-ins. How can I resolve this problem?

    Probably a bad install of ZA.

    Not the same case here:

    But same solution: Play with ZA antispam ON/OFF to reinstall the add-in in outlook or fully reinstall ZA.

    Watchout for not compatible add-ins in outlook such as outlook connector.

    Do you see the plug-in listed as active or disabled applications?:



    If on disabled application then push on "GO" and "tick" the plug-in. restart Outlook.

    Please note that ZA will only filter e-mails landing in the main "inbox" folder. If you have a filter that moves e-mail from inbox folder to somewhere else then ZA antispam will not filter them

    Thank you very much. Before I posted my question the solution was as hard as trying to answer: "What is the meaning of life?". After your timely response it became "So easy any 5 year old can do it!"

    It worked just fine. Turned Spam control off and opened Outlook, closed it, turned Spam control back on and "Viola!" Outlook is filtering emails.

    I think you "helpers" are not paid and do this out of the kindness of your heart. Either way, there are a lot of us that would just have to chuck ZA and use something else. Thank you so much for your time and assistance.
