    Default ZoneAlarm log viewer Problems

    My ZoneAlarm log viewer is blank? is this serious! I reinstalled but no difference?

    Hi!

    right click the ZA icon near the clock --> About --> copy to clipboard and paste it here.

    What exactly you expect to appear in the logs? Did you checked all section of the logs (firewall, osfirewall, programs, antivirus)?

    How do you connect to the internet? Modem doing NAT? Router? WIFI? 3G?.... etc.

    More information you post more likely other users here will be able to guess what the problem is.

    In the firewall (free) . I click on icon

    I click on view details >

    > click on 3xxxx attempts blocked or > Tools > Logs

    Alerts & Logs Windows pops up.

    The log is clear. ( nothing!! )

    (on my other computer it shows a list with IP addresses, date, time, incoming outgoing result(blocked)

    I connect with WIFI

    yes, it can be normal if those blocked attempt are old. So you see the historical blocking from the interface but not in the logs.
    If you want to know what were those logs you will need to check the log folder and check all txt files with a date on it
