    Default Installing ZA while offline - reopened

    I have seen a lot of whiney messages here about how ZoneLabs refuses to make an offline installer, for a variety of mumbly-mouthed reasons. ~~snip~~

    Secondly; perhaps we're doing an install on a system that is connected through a very slow, or perhaps a "capped" internet connection. In these cases, it's MUCH better to download on a different system that has a fast and uncapped connection, then take that file to the system being installed/upgraded.

    So what is the solution, ZA? Make an offline installer, or perhaps if you don't want to do that, you should be recommending a competitor's product that will do it for us instead?

    Sorry, this issue has already been addressed by the Forum Moderator:

    The product will not license properly.
    Other features cannot be enabled.
    Security toolbar will not work.


    Its best to install with an internet connection to help cut down on any bugs or problems you might introduce installing without an internet connection.
