Default ZA asking for personal password

I have System Mechanic installed on my pc and during an upgrade the "Suspicious behavior" box opened asking to allow or deny changes being made. I clicked allow then a ZA box popped up asking for my personal password. As far as I know I have not entered one (apart from this forum) so it said I don't have permission to make changes. Has anyone any experience/help on this issue?

Sorry, for password issue is best to contact directly the official ZA technical support (all users here) at the link in my signature (look for the live chat icon at the main ZA support website). Its free for licensed users. If instead you are running a free version than you will have no support. You can try yourself to resolve it. There are several KB articles at the ZA support. http://www.zonealarm.com/forums/show...-Lost-password. Thanks,Fax
