Default ZA alert window too low

The ZA (free version) alert window asking for program permissions appears so low in my screen that I cannot click on ALLOW or DO NOT ALLOW. I find the only way to respond to it is to reduce my screen resolution temporarily. This is a major pain. Is there a way to move it so that it pops up higher on the screen or elsewhere and does not require me to reduce my screen resolution?

Probably not, you can also try on maximum resolution to set the size of the fonts at default as your issue normally happens if you have changed it.

    Hello;
This happens if you use a non default setting for your display resolution and character size.
    Sorry,

    None.It's a default location.

This happens if you choose a setting other than it's native resolution for your display.

Here I use 20" LCD Widescreen 1600 x 900 @ 60Hz resolution (recommended) using Win 7 64bit.If I use below 1280x960 resolution some items will not fit on my display.

Using 1600 x 900 default setting.I had to set custom DPI setting to 125% and Use Windows XP style DPI scaling.

Where the display is not so small and easier to read text and everything fits. This is OK when you're blind in one eye and can't see out the other, like me LOL.

    Have a nice Day

    I'm running:
    ZoneAlarm Security Suite version: 13.3.209.000
    Vsmon version: 13.3.209.0
    Driver version: 13.2.18.0
    Antivirus engine version: 8.3.4.7
Antivirus signature DAT file version: 1168069440
    Anti-Spam version: 6.4.3.2155
    on a:
Windows 8.1 64-bit OS all updates applied.

With the installation of 13.3.209.00, all popups are appearing behind the TASK BAR (bottom) and the same height as the TASK BAR (ZA-PopupIssue-01.jpg). If I increase the height (impractical) of my task bar, I can see the full message (ZA-PopupIssue-02.jpg).

Alternatively (and also impractical), I can move the task bar to the top of my screen. With this, the message appears complete no matter what the size as it appears to be attached to the bottom left of the task bar (ZA-PopupIssue-03.jpg).

Sending the task bar to the right side (ZA-PopupIssue-03R.jpg) results in a similar issue to at the bottom.

Sending the task bar to the left side (ZA-PopupIssue-03L.jpg) results in a similar issue to at the top.

THIS IS A NEW PHENOMENA WITH MY LATEST UPGRADE OF ZoneAlarm. In the past, messages always appeared o be independent of my task bar.

IE: you can also try on maximum resolution to set the size of the fonts back to the Default settings as your issue normally happens if you have changed it.

~~snip~~ This happens with specific alerts, NOT ALL of them.
Edit: My monitor is in native resolution, but same thing happens with those.
