    Default suspicious behaviour box

This appears in lower right corner of screen. Normally I click allow or deny and it goes away. This one from adobe reader and acrobat manager....is trying to communicate with c:\windows\system32\services.exe just pops up again instantaneously no matter how many times I click deny. It seems adobe is trying constantly. Turning off computer and restarting had no effect. It only started today. Thanks.

This is just a suggestion since I use alternative reader.

This could be from the results from most recent update.

On the popup click Show More Info. Then More Information Available and you'll be directed to SmartDefense Advisor on the web.

Under View Programs > Options > View Properties and check for Digital Signatures for both Adobe Reader & Adobe Reader and Acrobat Manager.

Note : After you manually set permissions for a program, the permissions for that program will not change even if you later set the SmartDefense Advisor level to Auto. To benefit from automatic program advice, remove the program from the Programs List, then set the SmartDefense Advisor level to Auto.

You could try the following : Remove Adobe Reader & Adobe Reader and Acrobat Manager from Programs List.Set to Auto for SmartDefense to set permission.

Always use ZoneAlarm Help Center.Look under Application Control.

Sorry I have no other suggestion to offer since I use alternative reader.

    Have a nice Day
